Southwest caesar with chili spiced croutons, cumin anchovy dressing.
Jicama cilantro & cucumber Escabeche.
Beef & chicken fajitas, rice, beans, cheese enchiladas. Lastly
Gaspacho Soup. I won't even mention the desserts! Now can you guess
why I'm a bit plump?? ;-)
